A fun organic snack!
• In a pot, melt butter, coconut oil, or use olive oil to completely coat the bottom of the pot.
• Pour in popcorn kernels in a single layer, swirling them around to make sure they are completely coated in melted butter or oil.
• Cook on medium-high heat with a lid.
• Once the popping becomes rapid, shake the pot periodically to settle un-popped kernels to the bottom of the pot. This ensures they maintain contact with heat and you don't end up with a lot of un-popped kernels.
• Remove pot from heat once kernels settle to 4-5 seconds between "pops".
